FEE PAYMENT DETAILS

Once the Fee and documents are submitted, you will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter from the school

Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue. Your ward will be allotted the section on the day of admission. The time table for your ward will be handed over to your ward by the Class Incharge.

Kindly inform the School of your joining date. This is mandatory because Staff need to be informed to expect your child on a particular day and they in turn need to make preparations accordingly.

Teachers will assist your child with the syllabi which has been covered in the class till date.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.

PARENT ORIENTATION PROGRAM:

There will be a parent orientation program before the beginning of the new academic session. This program will acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission & Ethos of the school.
SPPS Late Fee Fine Policy
(w.e.f. 01-04-2025 for 1st Quarter Fees Dues April .25 to June. 25 and onwards)
Late Fee Fine Policy-
The Fees outstanding amount is in excess of Rs. 5,000 after the last date of fee payment as defined for each quarter then the Fine policy shall be applicable in the manner as stated below: then Late Fee will be levied as per below-
A. Rs.10, per day from 10th of the month for first ten days of default.
B. Thereafter, Rs.20, per day for each succeeding day of non-payment till month end.
C. Thereafter, Rs.30, per day for each succeeding day of non-payment from 1st day of next month till 10th of the next month.

Re-admission Charges-

The fees dues (exclusive of late fines), on 10th of the following month of fee due, are in excess of Rs.5000/- then name of the students shall be struck off from the roll and shall be re-registered only on paying Rs.5,000 as readmission charges along with due late fee fine.
For the wards with continuous and subsequent quarter defaults, readmission charges will be applicable for each quarter default subject to default amount in excess of Rs.5000/- (exclusive of late fines).

NOTE- Late fee fine and re-admission charges will also be applicable to the wards of
the staff

Note: Amount of Fine for 1st 10 days of fee default: Rs. 100/- 350/-
Amount of Fine for next ten/eleven days of fee default: Rs. 180 & Rs. 200 800/- & 900/-
Amount of Fine for next 10 days of fee default: Rs. 300/- 2800/-
Thereafter, if fee default continues, readmission charges: 5000+300+180+100= Rs. 5580 & Rs. 5600 5000/-
Total:  Rs. 5580 & Rs. 5600 8,950/- & Rs.9,050/-
  1. In Case of New Admissions for a New session

Fees are deposited at the time of admission and subsequently, withdrawal is initiated before the start of the session, parents shall be required to make an application in the prescribed form to the Head of School regarding the refund of security deposit.

  1. Admission Fee shall be non-refundable.
  2. Security Deposit will be refunded if paid.

    In Case of Mid-Session Withdrawal

(a). Application for withdrawal shall be in the prescribed format and submitted to the School Office one month before the date of withdrawal.

  1. Admission Fees Shall be non-refundable;
  2. For the student who has paid the full quarter fee, the fee is to be charged up to the end of the month, the student has attended classes and remaining proportionate fees for the quarter to be refunded along with the security deposit.
