ADMISSION OVERVIEW
Thank you for expressing an interest in SPPS Convent School. Investing in your children’s education is one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime and one that requires great thought. These are formative years, and the relationships made, through friendships and interactions with teachers, will empower them for the future. It is crucial that those sharing the responsibility for your children’s education also share the values that are an essential part of your family traditions. The academic year for all classes commences in April and ends in March.
Admissions are open throughout the year, but are subject to availability. Your child can start school at any time during the academic year, except if seeking admission to CBSE Classes X and XII, As the academic year commences in April, maximum enrolments take place in the months of November-February. We suggest you plan and complete the admission of your child in advance to avoid the rush period, as the Admissions Team reviews applications for new admissions from November each year.
In order to take your interest for admission forward, we encourage you to meet our Admission Counselors and visit our campus. Our Admission Counselors would be happy to welcome you and take you around our campus, provide details about the school, curricular and extracurricular activities besides addressing all your queries.
ADMISSION PROCESS :
The supportive environment provided by SPPS Convent School helps children develop the abilities they need to be successful in the twenty-first century. Our goal has been to guarantee the quality of education and to offer a setting where learning is active, sequential, and imprinted on one’s memory for a lifetime. The admissions process is easy and parent-friendly, just like learning is straightforward at SPPS. To join the SPPS family, just follow to these simple instructions.
Submit the Enquiry Form by visiting the school admissions office. Our counsellor will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.
STEP 2: REGISTRATION
The parents are requested to visit the school Admission Office, fill the registration form and purchase the school prospectus. Kindly carry one latest colored Passport size photograph of the child and the parent along with self-attested Date of Birth certificate. Alternatively, Parents may also download the application form online by clicking here (Download Form). Once the form is filled, please take a printout of the same, fill in the details and submit the hard copy of the completed form to the school.
STEP 3: SCHOOL VISIT & INTERACTION WITH THE PRINCIPAL
Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution. A meeting can be scheduled with the Principal, so parents can have an interaction with the Head of the school, ask questions and collect any information they require.
STEP 4: FORM SUBMISSION
The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order. Kindly intimate the school in case your child requires some special assistance due to any health reasons.

Toddlers is the youngest entity of the SPPS Family. Colorful, pulsating and full of activity, the school for early learners-in the age group of 1.9-2.6 years, showcases happiness in its most vibrant form. A home away from home, Toddlers is a culmination of care and creative talent.
At Toddlers, children are provided a comfortable yet stimulating environment to develop their curiosity and skills. The School has a specially developed flexible curriculum to accommodate the individual strengths of each child. lts concept of Learning Centres lays stress on learning by doing.

At Toddlers, children are nurtured in a truly comfortable and natural learning environment. More than morals, efforts ore made to inculcate good habits among the tiny tots. They are engaged in playful games and are taught counting, sizes and shapes. The motive is here that the children are prepared for future schooling through informal, experiential learning.
Eligibility – Children in the age group of one year nine months to Two Years (by lst of July) will be eligible for Toddlers.

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Registration Form
1. Copy of the Birth Certificate
2. Copy of Report Card of previous year (For admission to Curious Champs onwards)
List of documents required at the time of admission:
- Evidence of having graduated from the previous class.
- 4 photographs of the student
- 2 parents photograph
- Original TC from the previous school (for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards)
- Proof of residence
- Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification
- Photocopies of all achievement certificates in the field of Academics, Sports, Extra Curricular activities.
- Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students.
- The Admission documentation booklet must also be completed and duly signed by both Parents. It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the School.
- Aadhar Card of the student and parents
Acceptance of Admission:
- Students are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacant seats.
- We conduct formal interviews with the child or the parent.
- Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment within 7 days of the declaration of the result.
- The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.
